01 Introduction

Welcome to Hai Baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Hai Baji ("we", "us", "the Platform") in relation to your use of the website at hai-baji.vip and all associated services, games, and features offered by Hai Baji.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Hai Baji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Registration Requirements

• Your registered mobile number must be active and accessible, as it is used for account verification and withdrawal processing.

Account Verification

04 Deposits & Payments

Hai Baji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on the platform are conducted in BDT. There is no currency conversion and no international transfer fees.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Hai Baji balance within minutes of a successful mobile wallet transfer.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Failed Deposits

06 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

Game Outcomes

Disconnection Policy

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Hai Baji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account on Hai Baji.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Hai Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

Dormant Accounts

If your Hai Baji account has been inactive for 12 months or more, it will be classified as dormant. Hai Baji will attempt to contact you using the registered email or phone number before taking any action on a dormant account. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held for a period of 24 months from the last login date, after which it may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your Hai Baji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

10 Responsible Gaming
